Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of pork butt or shoulder

  • Hamburger buns for the end

  • Dry Rub
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbs garlic salt

  • 1 tbs onion powder

  • 1 tbs paprika

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder

  • Sauce
  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 3/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbs liquid smoke

Directions

  • In a small bowl mix the dry rib ingredients together
  • In a medium bowl mix the sauce ingredients together
  • Rub the dry rub all over the pork then place in the slow cooker
  • Pour the sauce ingredients over the top of the pork. Cook on low for 8 hours
  • Once cooked shred the pork in the slow cooker then serve in buns with BBQ sauce on top. I added fresh sliced onions in my pork sandwich as well! Enjoy
