16oz cooked cubed ham
Optional: Cooked 12oz sausage and 1lb bacon instead of ham
28oz Bag of frozen cubed hasbrowns with peppers and onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
- Set oven to 375℉ and grease 9×13 baking dish
- To the baking dish, add and mix in hashbrowns, ham, and cheese.
- In a bowl, completely whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until eggs are set.
