Creamy Peanut Butter PieCourse: DessertDifficulty: Easy
1 pre-made gram cracker crust (9-10 inch)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese (room tempuratre)
3 tbs magic shell
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
8 oz whipped topping
Optional toppings: chopped Reeses peanut butter cups, peanuts and chocolate chips.
- Spread a magic shell layer in the bottom of the pie crust. Set aside in the fridge.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix together. Add in peanut butter and milk and mix well. Fold in the whipped topping
- Pour into crust and spread evenly.
- Chill for minimum 1 hour. Store in fridge.
