Dump and go No-Peek Chicken and Rice Casserole

This dump and go no-peek chicken and rice casserole is the ultimate hands-off dinner—just layer, cover, bake, and let it work its magic.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup , (or any “cream of” soup will work)
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 cup uncooked jasmine (or white) rice
  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray.
  • To the baking dish add in the water, cream of soup, and Lipton onion soup mix whisk well to combine the ingredients. Now stir in the rice. Place the chicken breasts over the top and season them with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover the top tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the rice is tend and the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
