- 2 lbs chicken breast (cut into smaller pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce (such as Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce)
- 1 1/2 lbs golden potatoes (cut into smaller pieces)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Season the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Layer in the Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange the chicken pieces over the top of the potatoes.
- Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the creamy Parmesan garlic sauce and water until smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Add Cheese: About 10–15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
- Gently stir to combine and let the cheese melt.
Notes
- Season the potatoes before adding them to the slow cooker to make sure they are all seasoned completely for the best flavor
- Adding the potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker ensures they cook completely and avoids burning the bottom of the chicken
- Reserve the cheese for the end to avoid browning the cheese
