Instructions
Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to
375
°F
.
Cook meat:
To a cast iron skillet over medium heat on the stove add the ground beef and cook it through. Remove any excess grease.
Mix queso ingredients:
Add the cooked ground beef to a 9×13 baking dish with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
Bake queso dip:
Bake for a total of 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melty *stir every 5-8 minutes until the cheese melts*
Remove from oven and stir in the heavy cream and top with your favorite toppings, fresh onion, cilantro, and more! Enjoy with tortilla chips!
