Ingredients

chicken breasts
⅓
cup
shredded or grated Parmesan cheese

tbsp
mayonnaise

tbsp
Italian style panko breadcrumbs
or normal breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray.
Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make them thinner.
Place the chicken into the baking dish.
To a small bowl add in the mayonnaise and Parmesan stir well.
Spread this mixture over the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the top of the chicken with the breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
