Boneless Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless country style pork ribs
  • 1 1/2 cans Dr. Pepper
  • 1 ⅓ cup BBQ sauce (divided) Pour ½ cup of barbecue sauce in when the meat is raw and stir. Then use the rest of the barbecue sauce at the end.

Instructions

Add ribs to the slow cooker:

  • Place ribs on the bottom of your slow cooker, pour one cup of Dr Pepper, and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce on top. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours

​Prepare oven:

  • Turn the broiler on your oven. Place a wire rack over a sheet pan, then carefully put the ribs on the prepared baking tray.
  • In a small bowl, add the remaining barbeque sauce and 1/2 can of Dr. Pepper, whisk everything until combined for this easy recipe.
  • Generously brush the BBQ sauce mixture all over the ribs.
  • Put the boneless country-style ribs in the preheated oven and broil for 2-3 minutes.
