Ingredients

ground beef

minced garlic

32 oz bag frozen broccoli florets

22 oz jar alfredo sauce

teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
⅓
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
½
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 1 minute.
Steam broccoli until tender and drain well.
Combine broccoli and beef in the baking dish.
Stir in alfredo sauce until coated.
Sprinkle Parmesan and cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until bubbly.
Let rest briefly before serving.
Notes
Drain broccoli well to avoid excess moisture.
This freezes best before baking.
Mozzarella can replace cheddar for a milder flavor.
Pasta or rice can be added to stretch servings.
