Ingredients

diced onions

shredded carrots

broccoli florets
chopped

heavy cream

all-purpose flour

Optional: Dash of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a large pot add the butter let it melt down. Add in the onions, carrots and broccoli cook to soften about 5-7 minutes. Stir frequently.
Stir the flour in.
Stir in broth, milk, cream, salt and pepper. Gently let simmer for 10 minutes or until the soup has thickened, stir frequently.
Once thick add the cheese in and stir well. Enjoy.
