Add the cubed red potatoes to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper drizzle with 1 tbs oilve oil and 1/2 tbs cajun seasoning bake for 25 minutes.
In a medium bowl add the cubed chicken, drizzle with 1 tbs olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tbs cajun seasoning.
Once the potatoes are out of the oven push them to one side of the sheet pan and add the chicken to the middle of the sheet pan. To the other side of the sheet pan add the trimmed green beans and drizzle with 1/2 tbs olive oil and add a dash of cajun seasoning on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
