Cake Mix Coffee Cake
Cake Mix Coffee Cake transforms a simple boxed mix into a soft, cinnamon-swirled coffee cake with a crumbly streusel topping—perfect for brunch or an afternoon treat.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 4qt baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Crumble mixture: Place 2/3 cups of the cake mix in a medium sized mixing bowl add in the butter, pecans, and brown sugar stir to combine the ingredients. Set to the side.
- To a medium sized bowl add the remaining cake mix, eggs, and sour cream beat well. Pour half of this mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle with half of the crumble, repeat for two layers. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the center has set. Enjoy!
