Ingredients

bag yellow rice

water

cans cream of mushroom soup
or any cream of soup

chicken breast sliced into strips
or boneless thighs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
To a large bowl add in the rice, water, and cream of mushroom soup stir well to combine the ingredients.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray add the rice mixture in and spread it out Place the chicken on the top and sprinkle on the seasonings.
Cover tight with foil bake for 75 minutes or until the rice is tender.
