To a small bowl add the cinnamon and sugar and combine. Split each biscuit in half. Dip each of the biscuit halves in the cinnamon sugar mixture then place the halves on top of each other to make a whole biscuit again. Place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, make the frosting. To a medium size bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk and whisk together until smooth. Once out of the oven, spread the frosting on top of the biscuits. Enjoy!
