Instructions
Freezer meal prep
Label 2 gallon freezer bags with date, name of meal and cooking instructions.
In each of the bags add, half of the ground turkey, diced tomatoes, black beans, garlic, tomato sauce, frozen corn, and taco seasoning.
In the Slow Cooker
Cook thawed or fresh on low for 6 - 8 hours. Stir and enjoy.
