Ingredients

bag frozen shredded hash browns

pre-cooked sausage
You can use kielbasa sausage, Italian sausage, chicken sausage, or any type you like.

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the sausage into half moons shapes.
Add all of the ingredients except 1 cup of cheese into a large bowl. Stir well.
Add to the casserole baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
