Ingredients

chicken broth

thick old fashioned Amish or country wide egg noodles

cooked shredded chicken

lemon
juiced
Instructions
To a large pot, add the butter and oil.
Add the carrots, celery, and onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and all the seasonings and cook until garlic is fragrant.
Add in the broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in pasta and cook for 18 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove bay leaves and stir in chicken, and lemon juice. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the chicken is warmed through and serve. Enjoy!
