Ingredients

cooked shredded chicken

uncooked instant rice

10 oz can Rotel

taco seasoning

tbsp
milk

15 oz can corn, drained

10 oz can cream of chicken soup

15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: lettuce
diced tomatoes, avocado
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Combine all ingredients except ½ cup cheese.
Spread in greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more.
