9small to medium-sized potatoescut into bite-sized pieces

1lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
¼cupbuttersliced into small slices
¼cupParmesan cheese
Instructions
Spray a large slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add the potatoes, minced garlic, and half of the seasonings and stir well. Place the chicken thighs over the potatoes and season the top of the chicken with the remaining seasonings. Place the slices of butter on top of the chicken and cover with the lid.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
