Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
Cook onion 2–3 minutes, then add garlic.
Add rice, broth, seasonings, ham, and broccoli. Stir well.
Cover and simmer 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cheese and serve.
Notes
Stir occasionally so the rice cooks evenly.
Add cheese at the end for best texture.
Serve immediately for the creamiest result.
