Ingredients

can cream of mushroom soup

can diced tomatoes

long grain uncooked white rice

Colby jack cheese, shredded

Instructions
To a large skillet over medium high heat add in the ground beef, break the beef up and cook it through.
Once cooked remove any excess grease from the pan.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, uncooked rice, water, and seasonings stir well.
Cover with a lid and let simmer on low heat stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top cover with the lid, once the cheese is melty.
