Ingredients

medium chicken breasts

diced onion

olive oil

all purpose flour
Rolls to serve the chicken in
Sauce Ingredients
1 ½
cup
pineapple juice
¼
cup
brown sugar
½
cup
ketchup

tbs
low sodium soy sauce
1 ½
tsp
worcestershire sauce

dash
salt and pepper

tsp
onion powder
Instructions
In a sauce pan add the oil once its hot add the diced onion and saute until soft, about 5 minutes
In a medium sized bowl add the sauce ingredients and whisk to combine
Once the onion is soft add the flour and stir for 1 minute then slowly whisk in the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes to thicken
To your slow cooker add the chicken and the thick sauce over and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked
Serve in rolls or over rice
