Honey sesame chicken is sticky, crispy, and full of flavor—tossed in a sweet and tangy sauce with toasted sesame seeds for that irresistible takeout-style taste made at home.
Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk the honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until combined. Set aside.
To a large bowl, add all of the vegetables and chicken. Pour half of the sauce on top and stir well.
Place onto the baking sheet. Bake for 16 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the remaining sauce on top. Give everything a little stir and bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
