Ingredients

chicken breast

yellow onion
diced

minced garlic

chicken broth

uncooked jasmine rice or white rice

heavy cream

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat oil and butter in a pot over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, seasonings, onion, and garlic. Cook 5–6 minutes.
Add broth and rice. Cover and simmer 17–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off heat and stir in cream and Parmesan until melted.
Notes
Stir rice occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add cream at the end for best texture.
Serve immediately for the creamiest result.
