Ingredients

olive oil

chicken breast

smoked kielbasa sausage
sliced

chicken broth

heavy cream

penne pasta

Cajun seasoning

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
To a large Dutch oven or pot on the stove over medium heat add in the olive oil. Once hot add in the chicken, kielbasa, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally until the chicken has cooked through.
Stir in the minced garlic.
Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, pasta, and Cajun seasoning.
Let simmer covered for 16-18 minutes stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender.
Stir in the Parmesan once it’s melted serve.
