Seared, seasoned pork chops and baked beans cooked in the Instant Pot make for a quick and delicious dinner. The pork chops are cooked to golden, crispy perfection and are served alongside deliciously sweet and savory baked beans.
Season the pork chops on both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. To a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat, add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and a nice crust forms. This will help the pork chops to stay moist in the middle.
Once the internal temperature reaches 140℉, remove from the skillet and place them on a cutting board. Let them rest there for 5 minutes before serving or cutting.

Add all of the ingredients into the instant pot and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Do a natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
