Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into small, bite-size pieces.
Line a
sheet pan
with parchment paper.
To a
medium-sized bowl
, add in the potatoes, olive oil, and dry ranch seasoning. Stir to coat.
Place onto the sheet pan and spread out into a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes.
