Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set it to the side.
To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add the bacon, cook until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Set to the side.
Save the bacon grease in the pan.
To the same pan the bacon was cooked in add the garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Add the Italian seasoning and chicken into the pan. Let cook together for 3 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, broth, salt, and pepper. Bring up to a simmer, turn the heat to low, let simmer for 7-8 minutes stirring frequently.
