3cupsfresh broccoli florets
1lbbaby potatoescut into bite-sized pieces
½red onioncubed
1tablespoonolive oil
Vegetable Seasoning
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoondried rosemary
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Place the steak bites in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme, melted butter, and minced garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned steak pieces evenly on one side of the prepared sheet pan.
In the same bowl, add broccoli, potatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and rosemary. Toss to coat.
Spread the vegetables on the other side of the sheet pan in an even layer.
Roast for 25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.
For extra browning, broil for 2 to 3 minutes at the end if desired.
