Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes
Sheet pan honey mustard ham, green beans, and potatoes is a sweet and savory all-in-one meal—tender veggies and juicy ham roasted in a tangy honey mustard glaze for easy weeknight perfection.
Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place onto a greased sheet pan. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper.
Place the green beans onto the sheet pan with the potatoes and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive and a dash of salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes. After time is up, take the sheet pan out of the oven, flip the potatoes and green beans, and set your sheet pan aside while you prepare your ham.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, water, and rosemary; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Slice the ham in half and place onto the sheet pan (it’s ok if it’s touching the potatoes and green beans).
Brush the ham with the honey mustard mixture.
Bake for 25-28 minutes and broil for 2 minutes at the end. Enjoy!
