2-3tbslemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven and prep veggies:
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
In a large bowl add the potatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts, oil, seasonings, and lemon juice stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
Prepare sheet pan:
Place the vegetable mixture on a greased sheet pan place the pork tenderloin in the center of the sheet pan.
Bake tenderloin:
Bake for 40-45 minutes in the 425 °F oven check your pork to ensure its not burning at 30 minutes - if it is, cover loosely with foil for the remaining cooking until the pork reaches 145 degrees F internally with a meat thermometer.
