Ingredients

olive oil

minced garlic

28 oz can crushed tomatoes

heavy cream

dried basil

dried oregano

teaspoon
pepper

salt

cup
vegetable broth

fresh chopped spinach

fresh or frozen cheese tortellini

cup
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add olive oil to skillet over medium heat.
Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add crushed tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to simmer.
Stir in basil, oregano, pepper, salt, broth, spinach, and tortellini.
Simmer 5–8 minutes until tortellini is tender.
Stir in Parmesan and serve.
Notes
Stir often to prevent sticking.
Add a splash of broth when reheating if needed.
