small - medium russet potatoes

garlic salt
Instructions
Prepare potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce each one several times with a fork.
Add potatoes to slow cooker:
Place the potatoes in a large slow cooker. (I like to use the slow cooker liners for even easier clean up!)
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic salt.
Add the water to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cook potatoes:
Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. IF using large potatoes cook on high for 7 hours or until fork tender.
