Ingredients

Worcestershire sauce

packet brown gravy mix

cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
Season and sear roast; transfer to slow cooker.
Mix broth, gravy, Worcestershire, and garlic; pour over roast with onion and mushrooms.
Cook LOW 8 hr / HIGH 5 hr.
Shred meat, stir in sour cream.
Serve over noodles or mix together before serving.
Notes
Use ground beef or turkey for a quick version.
Freeze without noodles up to 3 months.
Add ¼ cup wine for extra flavor.
