Ingredients

ground sausage

shredded cheddar cheese

can biscuits

dry packet country gravy mix
Instructions
To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add the sausage, break the sausage up and cook it through. Remove any excess grease from the pan.
To a large bowl add in the eggs whisk the eggs to break the yolks. Stir in the cheese and cooked sausage.
Cut the biscuits into smaller pieces.
Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or spray it with non stick spray.
Place the biscuit pieces to the bottom of the slow cooker pour the egg mixture over the top Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or until the egg has set.
Once cooked prepare the packet of gravy mix according to the packet instructions. Serve the breakfast casserole then pour the gravy over the top.
