Slow cooker crack chicken soup is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with shredded chicken, bacon, and ranch flavor—an easy, cozy meal that practically makes itself!
½cupheavy cream (optional- but adds good rich flavor)
6slicesbacon
Instructions
To a slow cooker add in the chicken, seasonings, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through, fry the bacon up on the stove. Crumble the bacon into small pieces.
Once the chicken is done, shred the chicken in the slow cooker, then stir in the heavy cream. If the cream cheese is clumpy, whisk it super well with a whisk. Stir in the bacon, green onions, and cheese and cook on high for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
