Place pork into the slow cooker, sprinkle the soup mix, broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic over the top. Using the back of a wooden spoon spread the ingredients all over the pork.
Cover with a lid and cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is cooked through and tender.
Slice the pork on a cutting board then drizzle the sauce from the slow cooker over the top. Serve over rice.
