Ingredients

beef broth

low-sodium soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Prepare the Roast: Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker.
Add the Liquid & Seasoning: Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning over the roast.
Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
Shred the Beef: Once cooked, use two forks to shred the beef directly in the slow cooker.
Remove any larger fat pieces and stir the beef into the remaining juices for added flavor.
Serve: Serve the shredded beef over mashed potatoes, rice, or with your favorite side dish.
Notes
Pick a roast with lots of connective tissue throughout for the most mouth tender pot roast
Add apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar for added flavor with minimal effort
