Ingredients

lbs
boneless skinless chicken breasts

chicken broth

teaspoon
salt

black pepper

teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and transfer to a cutting board.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to soak up the juices.
Serve warm.
Notes
Always return the chicken to the cooking to keep the chicken from drying out
Lessen the paprika for if your family isn't a huge fan of spice (however, I don't find this recipe to be very spicy)
Add a block of cream cheese an hour before done cooking to get creamy chicken
