1lbItalian sausage(can use sweet, medium, or hot Italian sausage)
2 28 oz cans tomato sauce
228 oz cans crushed tomatoes
2tbspbrown sugar
½tspcinnamon
2tspsalt
1tsppepper
2tsporegano
2tsponion powder
2tspgarlic powder
2bay leaves
Instructions
Cook the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through. Remove the grease from the pan by blotting with a paper towel.
Place the cooked ground sausage into a greased slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Place the lid on top and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours. When the time is up, remove the bay leaves and serve over cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
