Instructions
Cook the Turkey: In a large pan, heat the ground turkey over medium heat for about 3 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add the Broccoli: Stir in the broccoli florets along with 1/4 cup of beef broth or water. Cover and cook for about 12 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the turkey is fully cooked.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Whisk until well blended.
Combine & Simmer: Pour the sauce into the pan with the turkey and broccoli. Let everything simmer together for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve: Spoon the mixture over your cooked rice and enjoy!
Notes
Add more sriracha sauce for extra heat, or leave it out all together
Serve this with freshly cooked white rice or cauliflower rice
Add any of your favorite veggies for more flavor and textures
