Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef thoroughly, breaking it up. Once cooked, remove any excess grease from the pan, then add the taco seasoning and water. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes, then let cool down completely.
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and green onions. Add the cooled ground beef, chopped veggies, beans, cheese, and dressing to a large bowl. Mix well and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
