Naan bread for serving
Instructions
To a large pot on the stove over medium height heat add in the oil once hot add in the onion cook for 3 minutes to soften
Stir in the garlic and seasonings.
Now stir in the remaining ingredients.
Let simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve over rice with Naan on the side
