Ingredients

medium russet potatoes

cups
cold water

olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut your potatoes into french fry shapes.
Place the potatoes into the 8 cups of water let them soak in the water for 1 hour (this will make them nice and crisp in the end).
Rinse the potatoes after the hour of soaking then absorb any excess water on the potatoes with a paper towel.
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F.
Toss the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add the potatoes to the bottom of the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. I do mine in two different batches.
Cook for 7 minutes then flip the potatoes. Cook for an additional 7 minutes or until the fries are crisp enjoy.
