There's no better duo than Alfredo sauce and pasta! This Alfredo Chicken Broccoli Skillet Lasagna is a unique and delicious take on classic pasta dishes.
To a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add in the garlic and stir for about 20 seconds, or until it's fragrant.
Stir in the broth, heavy cream, seasonings, broken lasagna noodles, and rotisserie chicken. Bring up to a simmer and let cook, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes. If the liquid gets too low, add in 1/2 cup of water at a time.
Stir in the frozen broccoli and continue to simmer for 5-7 more minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir in the mozzarella cheese. Once melted, serve and enjoy!
