Creamy oats soak overnight with warm cinnamon and sweet apple for a wholesome grab-and-go breakfast. No cooking required—just wake up, stir, and enjoy.
Prepare four mason jars or four Tupperware containers.
Add the following ingredients in each jar 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, about 2-3 tbs of the diced apple, and 1 tbs of maple syrup. Place the lids on the jars shake well. Place in the refrigerator or at least 5 hours or overnight. You can enjoy as is or microwave to warm up. If desired pour more milk in to thin out before enjoying!
