Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Creamy oats soak overnight with warm cinnamon and sweet apple for a wholesome grab-and-go breakfast. No cooking required—just wake up, stir, and enjoy.

Ingredients 

  • 1.33 cups old fashioned rolled oats, divided
  • 2 cup milk, divided (any milk will work)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds, divided
  • 2 tsp cinnamon, divided
  • 1 large apple, diced small
  • 4 tbs maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Prepare four mason jars or four Tupperware containers.
  • Add the following ingredients in each jar 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, about 2-3 tbs of the diced apple, and 1 tbs of maple syrup. Place the lids on the jars shake well. Place in the refrigerator or at least 5 hours or overnight. You can enjoy as is or microwave to warm up. If desired pour more milk in to thin out before enjoying!
