Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes

Dried Oregano

I used Mezzi Rigatoni
Reserve 3/4 Cup of pasta water

Fresh Basil
Instructions
In a 9x13 baking dish add the first 7 ingredients.
Bake on 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Boil your pasta at this point. Reserve 3/4cup of the pasta water.
Once out of the oven remove the peel off your garlic (if you haven’t already) add the fresh basil and mash everything together.
Add the pasta water in. Stir to combine.
Add in the cooked drained pasta stir and serve!
