Baked Manicotti is such a delicious and decadent meal that's not too hard to make at home. Make tasty, restaurant-worthy manicotti at home in under an hour.
Cook manicotti according to the package instructions.
To a medium-sized bowl add the ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan, eggs, and seasonings. Stir well. For easy filling, place this cheese mixture in a large Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag.
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the dish.
Fill each manicotti shell with 3 to 4 tablespoons of the cheese mixture. Place into the baking dish side-by-side. Pour the remaining sauce over the top and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
