Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally, now you will have 4 thin pieces of chicken. This will help the chicken cook quicker and become super tender and flavorful.
To a small bowl add the seasonings and stir together.
Place the chicken to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, brush the olive oil all over the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasoning mixture on each side.

Bake for 17-25 minutes or until your chicken is cooked.
